Manage the Bonded and Re-export Zone and monitor all contracts between Tusdeer and clients, and Improve Tusdeer services and facilities, as well as maintaining an effective channels of communications with clients and ensuring a quality services to client are provided to improve customers satisfaction, retain existing customers, and achieve maximum profitability of the company. Also, to effectively communicate with government agencies to resolve major issues and to identify advantageous changes and trends that might impact the company in the future.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in developing, reviewing, and implementing Tusdeer’s strategy.
2. Initiate and implement zone’s annual operation plan, and KPIs to ensure business continuity and achieve department’s target and company’s strategic objectives.
3. Resolve major internal conflicts and customer disputes, as well as issues with government matter within Jeddah Islamic Port (JIP).
4. Initiate and maintain an effective communication channels with government agencies and identify the advantageous changes and trends impact that might occur due to changes of government policies.
5. Maintain relationship with customer and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor the performance of major capital expenditure projects.
7. Plan and develop customer focused programs.
8. Enhance company brand image.
9. Maintain existing customers contracts and agreements with Tusdeer.
10. Ensure quality of services and facilities are provided to clients.
11. Monitor CRM system and ensure quality of data entered into the system.
12. Maintain a high standard Bonded and Re-export Zone’s facilities.
Main Task:
• Utilize customer contracts and agreement with Tusdeer and upload it to the CRM system to ensure that services and facilities provided are as per agreed.
• Conduct a routine customer visit to increase customer satisfaction and ensure that required services are provided in a quality and timely manner.
• Minimize government penalties related to customs.
• Supervise daily technical issues.
• Manage, train, develop, and motivate department members.
• Report and update line manager and zone manager with regards to department’s projects and activities.
• Cooperate with Departments’ Managers to ensure smooth work flow among all departments and services provided are in line with Tusdeer’s standard/Matrix Management.

- Review adopted operations procedures in the cash area and submit suggestions to increase efficiency.
- Provide prompt, courteous service to customers in responding their queries, solving their problems or helping them complete forms to enhance the level of service provided in the branch
- Focusing on sales efforts and cross sell all bank's products to new and existing clients
- Maintain customer service area files, database, records, registers and logs up-to-date and accurate information in accordance with established bank policies and procedures
