• Analysis and design of all types of earth retaining structures (Soldier Piles, Sheet Piles, King Post, Contiguous Piles, Secant Piles, Diaphragm Wall), Struts members, and capping beams beside Design Deep Foundations such as Working Piling.
• Using in Design of shoring work and analysis using programs “ReWaRD, WALLAP V 6.05 and PLAXIS 2D &3D
• In charge of design for Geotechnical Working including piling foundation such as Tension pile considered Crack width, compression pile, Lateral load pile.
• Design of Multi-propped shoring system by numerical Analysis, such as tie-back anchors, strut members, Rakers, steel wailer beams, RC wailer beams, and RC capping beams.
• Structural analysis and design for steel structures and RC structures by using Etabs, Safe, SAP 2000
• Tie-back anchors design according to BS 8081-1989 for ground anchors design.
• Soil improvement design such as stone column & Vibro concrete column & Vibro compaction.
• Shoring components connections design such as steel weld, ordinary bolts and anchor bolts.
• Design Review with DM &Consultants and Revised Drawing of Shoring Work under any modification.
• Submit drawings, design, and method of statement to consultants.
• Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications and as per municipality and safety terms.
• Responsible for securing building permits from regulatory authorities, including submitting of design packages and attending discussion meetings.
• Method statement for construction of all activities of piling & shoring work and soil improvement.
• Dubai Municipality (NOCs-building permits)
• Attending meetings with consultants and main contractors to keep them informed of progress.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of machines.
• Planning the work and organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed-on deadlines.
• Prepare time schedules for projects using “Primavera” and MS project.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Prepare engineering drawings for projects like plans, sections, and point coordinates.
• Attend discussions with consultants and authority engineers in Dubai Municipality “DM” and the authorities.
• Submit for mobilization, trial bits, fencing, and site access permits from roads and transportation authority “RTA”.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports and time sheets for all people on the site as well as asking for inspection requests “IR” and material information reports “MIR” as required. If need
• Quantity Surveying & Make quotations for projects by Preparing the B.O.Q and Checking plans, drawings, and quantities.
• Setting out, leveling, and surveying the site
