• Analysis and design of all types of earth retaining structures (Soldier Piles, Sheet Piles, King Post, Contiguous Piles, Secant Piles, Diaphragm Wall), Struts members, and capping beams beside Design Deep Foundations such as Working Piling.
• Using in Design of shoring work and analysis using programs “ReWaRD, WALLAP V 6.05 and PLAXIS 2D &3D
• In charge of design for Geotechnical Working including piling foundation such as Tension pile considered Crack width, compression pile, Lateral load pile.
• Design of Multi-propped shoring system by numerical Analysis, such as tie-back anchors, strut members, Rakers, steel wailer beams, RC wailer beams, and RC capping beams.
• Structural analysis and design for steel structures and RC structures by using Etabs, Safe, SAP 2000
• Tie-back anchors design according to BS 8081-1989 for ground anchors design.
• Soil improvement design such as stone column & Vibro concrete column & Vibro compaction.
• Shoring components connections design such as steel weld, ordinary bolts and anchor bolts.
• Design Review with DM &Consultants and Revised Drawing of Shoring Work under any modification.
• Submit drawings, design, and method of statement to consultants.
• Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications and as per municipality and safety terms.
• Responsible for securing building permits from regulatory authorities, including submitting of design packages and attending discussion meetings.
• Method statement for construction of all activities of piling & shoring work and soil improvement.
• Dubai Municipality (NOCs-building permits)
• Attending meetings with consultants and main contractors to keep them informed of progress.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of machines.
• Planning the work and organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed-on deadlines.
• Prepare time schedules for projects using “Primavera” and MS project.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Prepare engineering drawings for projects like plans, sections, and point coordinates.
• Attend discussions with consultants and authority engineers in Dubai Municipality “DM” and the authorities.
• Submit for mobilization, trial bits, fencing, and site access permits from roads and transportation authority “RTA”.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports and time sheets for all people on the site as well as asking for inspection requests “IR” and material information reports “MIR” as required. If need
• Quantity Surveying & Make quotations for projects by Preparing the B.O.Q and Checking plans, drawings, and quantities.
• Setting out, leveling, and surveying the site

•Design and propose an adequate shoring system, such as but not limited to steel soldier piles, contiguous piles, secant piles, sheet piles, and diaphragm walls with the suitable support of ground anchors or internal steel strut bracing, all in accordance with authority regulations, relevant codes, soil conditions, groundwater level, excavation depth, neighbors lands status, project specifications, and consultant recommendations.
•Attending the progress and technical meeting with the clients and Consultant.
•Following up with the technical department and Operation manager on Site on the status of design of a new project and going up to the economical design as per market in UAE and Our Resources.
•Prepare the Schedule program of the Projects with the Operation manager.
•Following up and preparing the material request of the projects with the Operation manager in Sites.
•Following up on the approval with the government authority.
•Follow up with the safety officer implementing of the safety procedure in the projects and what the requirements are as per authority (DM, TRAKHEES, etc….)
•Review the Shop drawings and Calculation Notes with the Technical engineer and issue the final one as per the available resources in Company.
•Prepare engineering drawings for projects like plans, sections, and point coordinates.
•Prepare method of statements for projects with Assistant Operation manager in Sites.
•Prepare NOCs and permit submittals.
•Prepare time schedules for projects using “Primavera” and MS project.
•Follow up with the site staff such as the operation manager and site engineers on the quality of the work to Follow up on the financial status with the accountant.
•Full implementation with company IMS (integrated management system).
•Attend site visit to collect information regarding the topography of the proposed project site, local availability of construction materials and utilities, existing services which has to be diverted/removed for the new construction, special local authority requirements, etc.
• Negotiate the project with clients after reviewing all documents of tender.
• Accept the contract based on the available resources in Company.
• Forward the awarded contract to the Accountant department and forward the Technical Data to the Technical engineer to prepare the Shop drawings and Calculation Notes after that Review and Order to submit to clients for getting approval as soon as.
• Prepare and review a new contract.
• Prepare the monthly interim payments for projects and follow up with the accountant for the collection of the payments.
• Response on the client and consultant corresponds.
• Highlight any Variation or claim points in the project and send a notification to the client in connection with the same and follow up the steps for getting approval for variation as per specification and agreement.
• Maintain good willing relationships with clients and consultants.
• Study the tender documents and submission.
• Attend Pre-tender and post-tender meetings and clarify Technical & Commercial queries with Client representatives.
