Customer Service Team leader
Duties:
• Handling calls solving queries
• Handling Damage shipments.
• Monitoring shipments without scans.
• Pickup updates on system as per customer calls and follow up.
• Handling trace files.
• Following up with shipments that are out of delivery area (Sohar, Salalah, Buraimi, other)
• Checking previous day pickup is picked up and arranges the pickups which are not picked.
• Handing adhoc truck by calling customers and getting approval to forward the shipments and arranging delivery.
• Handling customers complains.

Other Duties: • Handling utl traces
• Handling cpw trace
• Checking shipment received from Dubai (shuttle, ek and gf) and revert back to them
• Send Gcc commitment to operation to apply appropriate scans
• Send HAL to operation apply appropriate scans
• Check daily backlog and advise operation to apply scans
• Pull osm report on Tuesday check and revert back to Dubai
• Send medex to operation
• Checking all pending shipment in backlog and advise operation to prepare appropriate scans
