-supervise all activities related to HR divisions and units in Head office and branches.
- Assist the HR Manager to preparing the annual manpower budget to determine future manpower requirements, and the payroll cost.
- Recommends changes and updates on Human Resources policies and procedures in coordination with HR Manager.
- Ensure that proper personnel policies and procedures are established and communicated to all staff in the company.
-- Supervise the identification, assessment and collation of the overall training needs. This includes coordinating nominations for in-house training programs as well as external programs. In addition to conduct evaluation of training on an ongoing basis to improve effectiveness.
- Maintain the updated organization charts and authority schedules and assists management in implementing organizational change.
-Ensure that job descriptions for all positions in the company are documented and updated periodically
- Develop and Implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned to the Company’s objectives.
- Develops and reviews employee performance evaluation techniques and reports.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
- Employee relations- attitude survey, employee hand book designing and social event management
- Administer the promotion and increment system as per the established policies and procedures.
