o Key Account Negotiations
o Yearly & Monthly Plans for Key Account Events
o Ensure one-to-one review with sales/merchandise team to build more effective communications to understand training and development needs and to provide insight for the improvement of their performance and overall development.
o Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
o Ensure proper stock management and distribution
o Tracking Customer Spend and realign budgets based on ROI
o Design MSL as per channel/outlet requirements
o Guide Sales cum Merchandiser to achieve their targets
