The corporate HSEQ lead for both soft and hard FM operations, who is responsible for leading 19 HSEQ professionals to develop, implement, and improve QHSE management systems, processes, and procedures to support business operations.

The focal point of HSEQ in the project mobilization period and responsible for generating site-specific documentation.

Responsible for implementing QHSE procedures and Compliance with client’s requirements in projects across Abu Dhabi.

This is to ensure flawless coverage of all projects on time and currently overseeing above 52 locations in Abu Dhabi including major contracts like SINYAR - UAEP, VPS Hospitals, Mubadala, Provis-Al Dar, LuLu Towers, Masdar City, Marina Rise Tower, ADCP Towers, Al Ain region, etc...

Conducted risk assessment to enforce suitable preventive measures for twelve major hazards & hazardous substances to bring a safe system of work hence generated a positive health and safety culture.
▪ Support the development of OHS policies and programs
▪ Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics
▪ Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
▪ Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives
▪ Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g., not using protective equipment)
▪ Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
▪ Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims

Develops, implements, and encourages the behavioural based safety culture in the organization through safe job observations and top management inspections
▪ Support other QHSE staff and contract managers as and when required.
▪ Actively participate in the HSE incident investigations and prepare required reports in consultation with management
▪ Contribute to the “New Start” and “Visitors” induction process through delivery of HSE elements
▪ Diligently performs any other reasonable work or related tasks at the request of his/her manager

Performed daily inspections, charted readings, documented equipment downtime and oversaw maintenance for equipment
▪ Implemented safety and accident prevention programs for each project
▪ Managed project documents
▪ Observed construction methods and installations, inspection, and testing processes to maintain consistent progress
▪ Documented and filed work orders covering equipment movements, labor hours and identified damages
▪ Identified emergencies and initiated response procedures for maximum containment and safety
▪ Conducted job safety analysis for each assignment and logged results
