- - Direct the site supervision related to all aspect of site construction supervision works.
- Coordinate direct activities and report back to PM as applicable.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge and experience in all construction activities to enable for me andmy team to review all shop drawings, method statements and to answer all requests of information and to take decision on variations and changes if required.
- Coordinate with design engineers, design reviewers and the contractor’s designers to resolve all design issues and required site changes and modifications.
- Maintain the Resident Engineer’s daily diary / diaries and reports by subordinates.
- Coordinate with the Contractor on scheduling and application of resources.
- Direct, assist and monitor the performance of the construction supervision team working on the site construction and utilities including the AREs, the inspectors and the surveyors.
- Advise on contractual and construction matters regarding utilities diversions and installations.
- Generally supervise, review, monitor and report on progress of construction works.
- Liaise with all parties for site safety.
- Convene and chair regular site meetings about issues related to construction works.
- Arrange issuing of additional drawings etc. as required in coordination with the contractor’s designer and designers as applicable.
- Ensure prompt exchange of correspondence and approvals.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Ensure safety goals are achieved on the project and oversee implementation of safety procedures on the project.
- Comply with safety, health and risk management requirements.
- Provide all necessary on-site direction and issue site instructions with respect to all works on the site.
- Report back as necessary to the PM as applicable.
الاشراف علي أعمال الشركات المقاولة, من حيث دراسة المخططات وارسومات ومراجعتها, والاعمال المساحية(تحديد محور الطريق وتثبيت ورفع المناسيب وتدوينها في الدفاتر المعدة لدلك, والتدقيق علي حساب الكميات ومقارنتها بجداول كميات المشروع لجميع البنود), تحديد عوائق مسار الطريق وكيفية ازالتها, تحديد مصادر المواد ومتابعةتركيب الخلاطات والكسارات والمعدات ومدي صلاحيتها وكفاءة تشغيلها, ومراجعة تصميم الخلطات التصميمية للاسفلت, من ثم دراسة كيفية صرف مياة الأمطار عن الطريق.
الاشراف علي أعمال الصيانة في المحليات الثلاثة(بلديات), وأعمال الشركات المقاولة للصيانة, ومتابعة كل الأعمال المصاحبة للصيانة(أثاثات الطرق), وأعمال الانارة واشارات المرور, ومراجعة مستخلصات الصيانة, ووضع برامج طويلة المدي للصيانة, مع وجود ورش عمل دورية للتقيم والمراجعة
Responsible for:project management
supervision and Project Management of Kassala - Ellafa Road Project (26 Km National Road connecting Eastern Sudan with Eritrea). The project is funded by the Qatar Charity Organization.
This includes reviewing design and bidding documents; soliciting, receiving, and evaluating contractor bids; supervising construction progress and scheduling; starting up process systems/equipment or facilities for turning over to the owner's personnel. Supervises field staff and contractors on the site with responsibility for quality construction in accordance with plans and specifications. Is responsible for approval of change orders, invoices, and payment applications which may include final payment
1- إعداد تقرير دورية ع تقدم سير العمل ورفعها للمالك.
2- توجيه خطابات للمقاول بشأن تقدم سير العمل بالمشروع.
3- التنسيق بين الزملاء العاملين بجهاز الإشراف.
الاشراف الفني علي تنفيذ العمل طبقا لشروط التعاقد ومواصفات المشروع ومراجعة اعمال التنفيذ خطوة بخطوة واعتماد الرسومات التنفيذيه ومراجعة الدفعات النقديه لصرف مستحقات المقاول طبقا لتقدم سير العمل من حيث جودة العمل والجدول الزمنى للمشروع وكذلك بامكانه اعادة انشاء اى جزء من الاعمال اليوميه عند اكتشافه اى خطا فى التنفيذ وعدم مطابقته للمواصفات

• Al- Raki Area as a new residential scheme (Kilo 10) supervisor and quality assurance of all internal roads totaling over 22 Km, Employer and Consultant is Ministry of Physical Planning and
• Diplomatic Area at West Soba activities as general supervision, Employer and Consultant is Ministry of Physical Planning and Khartoum Company is a contractor.
• Junction Road of 17 Km as Resident Engineer, Employer and Consultant is Ministry of Physical Planning and Ariab company is a contractor.
• Tutti Road (5 Km) as Resident Engineer(new construction road), Employer and Consultant is Ministry of Physical Planning and Mam company is a contractor.
• Al-Nekhela Area at Abu Adam supervision of internal road( new scheme), Employer and Consultant is Ministry of Physical Planning and EL-Shaheed company as a contractor.
• Supervisor of 23km at Abu Adam Roads(6 internal roads), Employer and Consultant is Ministry of Physical Planning and Khartoum company is a contractor.
• Supervisor of construction materials of 9km at Eid Babik Roads, (rural roads), Employer and Consultant is Ministry of Physical Planning and Khartoum company is a contractor.
• Supervisor of internal roads round at Khartoum International Exhibition, Employer and Consultant is Ministry of Physical Planning and Al- Raki company is a contractor.
• Resident engineer of Lord Mohamed Najeeb (widening and over layer of 8.5km), Employer and is Ministry of Physical Planning, El-Aagib Group is a consultant and Khartoum company is contractor.
• Member of committee for evaluation of Obied Khatem Street (using DCP for evaluation the layers and materials), Ministry of Physical Planning.
• General supervision and quality assurance of Arbab Alakaid road( widening), Employer and Consultant is Ministry of Physical Planning and Khartoum company is a contractor.
• Supervisor of Ibrahim Shams Edin road (joining Public market and Shagara military area), Employer and Consultant is Ministry of Physical Planning and the contractor is Khartoum company.
• Member of Khartoum Streets committee to review roads design, Ministry of Physical Planning
execution of many buildings around Khartoum State Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts, and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
Track and control construction schedules and associated costs to achieve completion of projects within time and monies allocated.
Report to senior management on progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated.
Work with the CEO, Family Services team, and Board to select neighborhoods and properties for acquisition, )
to carry out water treatment, new nets connection and station operation
