ENGNE Sub unit
1. Engineering Unit is one of the major Units in Infosys which handles projects across globe, including strength of 8k Resources who works in various technologies.
2. Worked as Senior PMO Manager for ENGNE subunit with over 4500 resources. Directly reporting to subunit Head (AVP)
3. Responsible for Managing the Bench Resources (Central bench, Unit Bench) for sub unit and their Deployment Plans.
4. Manages the Utilization of the Resources at sub Unit level
5. Responsible for Assessment, Forecasting and Finalizing the Resource Requirement on Quarterly basis and Plan for Talent Acquisition and Deployment
6. Drive and Manage the end to end Talent Planning and Deployment including Fresher Trainees, Experienced Resources and Lateral Resources
7. End to End Management of Vendors / External Consultant Requirement, Procurement, Planning and Deployment. Manages over 120+ External consultants work across globe under ENGNE subunit.
8. Responsible for Managing the Training Programs for ENGNE subunit. Co-ordinates with all the Account Managers/Delivery Managers and collects the Training needs on Quarterly basis and work with Learning and Training Team for the execution
9. Manages the Central Repository of Portals for ENGNE subunit for Account Status Reports, Project Status Reports, New opportunities, Revenue Reports on Monthly and Quarterly basis
Credit Consortium
1. Worked as Program Manager for Credit Consortium and managing portfolio in financial services domain for 2 key accounts such as Fidelity and Northwestern Mutual
2. Program Management for 12 projects (dev, maintenance and Agile). Handling team of 80+ members (India, US, Ireland)
3. Leading end-to-end management including resource planning, team handling, new opportunity pipeline coordination, effort and billing management, revenue monitoring and planning

ITD CPC
1. ITD CPC is the Flagship program by the Income Tax Department of India. Worked as Program Manager, Release and Configuration Manager, Info Security Manager
2. Worked directly at client location, ITD CPC office Managing 200+ Resources including Business Operations team
3. Managed the MIS Team (7 member Development and support Team)
4. Directly managed Stakeholders, driven the Business Change Management, Release & deployment management
