• Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties for the site team
• Daily filing & updating the Manpower details in the HR System.
• Daily input of Hourly Payroll
• Checking and controlling the Staff accommodation status.
• Tracking Errors
• Collect necessary documentation for new hires and terminations at site and forward to head office
• Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of systems/databases and Microsoft Office (I.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc)

o Human Resources Department for issuing permanent & temporary cards to the new employees and keeping a logbook for the same
o Bank for opening of bank accounts for new employees
• Extending assistance to HR Manager in daily activities like recruitment & selections, rewards & benefits, training & development, visa renewals, company leases renewals, trade licenses and staff accommodation issues
• Employing grading structures, staff incentives & bonus, delivering remuneration & also planning for retention of employees.
• Directing efforts towards maintaining efficient & up to date confidential HR / personnel database for all employees and also providing day to day HR administration support
• Accountable for conducting discussion and effective reviews with staff
• Facilitating only relevant payroll data to the Accounts Department for booking in Baan and reducing the number of staff involved in payroll processing to ensure a high level confidentiality
• Monitoring & keeping a check on swipe card / finger scan reports, vacations, overtime and handling the revision of overtime reports, etc.
• Administered the management of all other human resource issues including recruitment, selection, staff performance and grievances
• Planned for the orientation of new employees
