Job Tasks :
- PR & PO approval sicle (ORACLE)

- Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships
- Sending RFQ's
- Quotations studying (Specs, Prices) and negotiations

- Following Delivery, site visits, collecting Delivery notes and invoices
- Following suppliers/subcontractors Payments
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
1. Receiving and Reviewing (PR) .
2. Study the Project Documents .
3. Create RFQ for the materials and services, for project materials, services and sub contracts .
4. Float RFQ and RFP to bidders, follow up and obtain open and sealed bids .
5. Techno‐commercial evaluation and Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
6. Vendors evaluation and short list
7. Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.

9.Preparing and Generating Contracts & PO for services and materials throw the ERP System
10. Follow‐up on material delivery and documentation requirements.
11. Follow client standards and procedures for inspection, documentation requirements, delivery requirements, etc
12. Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
13. Preparation of material submittals and Obtaining Approvals, selection of right product as per specs, cost analysis, taking care of long lead items in short and tight schedule.
14. Preparing the Material submittal Schedules and Procurement Schedule, and making the logbook for approved and disapproved Materials
15. Coordinating with Projects Manager and Solving technical issues.
1 - I supervised the process of building a school (Kindergarten and Primary school) for Al-tofola International Company.
2 - I coordinated between the company and the project manager of the school.
3 - I mandated process of furnishing this school during my visit to China in this regard and dealt with some foreign companies.
4 - Responsible for the maintenance of the school building and supervision of the designs of the other schools.
5 - Field Responsible in (King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Public Education Development Project) for Al-tofola Co. by visiting 20 Pre and Primary schools and making architectural solutions inside the classrooms (redistribution of Educational Corners).
