-Working on best talent acquisition sources and ensuring professional and practical completion of recruitment activities.
-Lead and manage the pre-opening and day-to-day recruitment activities within the Human Resources department to ensure standards are followed
-Research, plan and participate in recruitment trips to key employment markets
-Conduct interviews with all management candidates
-Direct the internal posting process, ensuring all candidates are interviewed
-Manage the recruitment advertising budget and coordinate all website and print advertising
-Follow departmental policies and procedures

-Develop and improve the subordinates to the next level.
- Maximize the several level of providing the right candidate by understanding the manpower requirements of the division and providing timely service.
- Communicate with overseas agencies/ suppliers by establishing good rapper in order to promote better industry-institute interaction.
- Reviewing, screening, pre-interview applicants for junior grades positions when required.
- Coordinate of the interview process by interaction with functional heads to recruit the right candidate for the job.
- Sourcing the right candidate by complying and adhering to company policies and procedures of quality performance.
- Updating the recruitment status by interaction with the external consultants to ensure timely information.
- Reviewing the PRs with job descriptions, on a periodical basis to understand the manpower projections the candidate profile required and initiate action for recruitment.
- Preparing layout of advertisements for review /approval and coordinate with concern departments and agencies.
- Collaborating closely with the external customers in drawing the interview schedule for interview and calling candidates for interviews.
- Preparing all necessary correspondences, reports related to recruitment.
- Maintain and operating the recruitment tracking database system and generate require reports.
- Talent the internal employees to promote them to suitable position.
