I was responsible on making the right environment for the implementation of the management control department. During the four months I finished auditing the information system, determined the cost of our main product and worked on reducing our financial costs.

At the Societe Generale Bank, I accomplished both departments and branches audit missions following the standard auditing procedure. Here are the main tasks :
Reviewed of the taxation system of the bank and proposed corrections to the information systems;
Corrected the accounting consistency and organized the manual accounting operations;
Reviewed the impaired loans recovery process and helped recover part of them;
Audited the customers claims management process;
Found errors in cash indicators calculation related to cash management and suggested corrections;
And other audit missions as Outsourced operations and ALD automotive financial statements audit.
During bank branches audit missions I was checking bank cards and checkbooks management, KYC principle, cash management, cash bonds, term deposits, the Security, Foreign-currency transactions and accounting.
