As Independent consultant, I provide specialized expertise and advice in business valuation, finance, strategy and market research with a focus on the tourism and hospitality development industry. My role includes providing strategic guidance and support to clients in the hotel and tourism industry, conducting comprehensive feasibility studies, market analysis,
developing tailored investment strategies and transaction advisory services to facilitate successful hotel / tourism investments and developments.

As Director of Investment and International Development, I led the Investment Promotion Department, overseeing a team of 15 dedicated business professionals. My responsibilities included the successful negotiation and conclusion of investment agreements totalling an amount more than ~USD 900M in 2019, while effectively managing tourism investment promotion budgets of approximately $4 million annually mainly through procurement tenders & RFPs. I played a pivotal role in promoting the country’s major tourism investment opportunities: Taghazout beach resort, Heritage buildings conversion program, Marrakesh theme park mega project, Mogador resort etc…
