Establishing ground work for project manager and creating training programs to promote constriction site safety. \n \nManaging daily activities of carpenters. \n \nInspecting and executing work in accordance with project drawings, specifications and schedule. \n \nEstimating and allocating materials and workers for task completion with minimal wastage. \n \nDeveloping and implementing procedures to ensure and enhance quality of work. \n \nWorking with the construction crew to accomplish tasks, including teaching and mentoring individuals in the crew that are less experienced \n \nFilling out time cards; enforcing work hours, dress codes and other personnel related matters \n \nImplementing incremental project schedules that make sure upcoming events are on track and are being proactively attended to \n \nCoordinating and supervising activities of workers and construction needs for all phases \n \nPreparing time and other required reports; recommending purchase of tools, equipment, and material.
