My daily duties entiles booking rooms for both local and prebooked safaris/tours, making itineraries and quotations for the different agents requests, supervising daily operations including briefing drivers. Prepare driver imprest for safaries. Deputising the company generel manager on her absence.
Arrange staff work schedules for the three propeties we were managing thus Galu Beach Retreat, The Cove and Gazi Retreat, Purchasing of food items for them, do room allocations for VIPS, regular inspections of the properties and inventories. Prepare invoices for all accommodation supplies and direct clients.
