equipment and platform screen doors subsystems from concept design to go order (scope of ~US$300Mn)
- Led decentralization of power supply design function from HQ to Egypt (mobilization of 10 engineers)
- As integration manager in charge of contractual and interface issues for all subsystems, and negotiations
with JV partners and client (support of 80+ staff)
