Responsibilities

* Dedicated HR Business Partner for 2 Business Unit (Refinery & STEM).
* Supporting almost 1000+ employees for both business unit related to their HR issue (HCM system, IPMS system, Medical Insurance, Compensation and Benefit, OD, Talent Acquisition etc.). Frequently consulting with ER and Payroll team for employee issue whether it is related to system update or payment issue.
* Guiding employees and BU Management for their query related to company policy and procedure, by-law regulation.

Closely working with Refinery and STEM finance department related to costing and budgeting which need to as per department cost center (CC)
* Reviewing Delegation of Authority (DOA) and sending announcement to concern Affiliates.
* Providing support to BU Management for new Org Structure process and implementation.
* Providing support to BU Management for promotion/progression cycle process.
* Supporting BU Management and employees to process their employee engagement in IPMS system whether it is related to Objective setting, performance review (quarterly and mid-year) and performance appraisal.
* Providing support to BU to prepare MCR (Manpower Change request) for internal and external employee transfer.
* TALEO application (Recruitment) - Supporting Manager and above to raise recruitment requisition through TALEO application.
* Scheduling interview with client and candidates.
* Undertaking interview with internal and external candidates through WebEx application.
* Discussing and finalizing the interview for each candidate with all interviewer panel. Receiving all panel member interview assessment form and submitting to TA for further process.
* Processed visa documentation and mobilized number of employees from respective countries.
* Worked closely with EHS department for investigation related to Safety.
* Active member of Business Continuity team and Sustainability team.
