Human Resources Management & Administration

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
• Supervised plant operations and engineering processes, set production targets and ensured volumes were met, and removed any operational bottlenecks.
• Planned the periodic preventive maintenance schedule in collaboration with the Maintenance Head, Plant Head, and Machinery & Facilities Head; ensured maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery were duly adhered to assure a continuous running of the plant.
• Oversaw the accounts payable function, scrutinized high value invoices submitted by suppliers and service providers, and authorized payments.
• Administered the payroll by maintaining records of leaves, absents, overtime, paid vacations, supervising salary disbursal accordingly.
• Prepared grant reports that included detailed narrative and financial reports as per prescribed norms.
• Collaborated with the Board of Directors to prepare program budgets and allocate resources, oversaw budget spends and ensured costs were controlled.
• Ensured a better coordination and communication between HR, IT and Finance functions, and business processes to facilitate efficient operations.
• Planned and executed operational excellence initiatives applied across the hierarchy - from the top leadership to line employee.

Board Executive Secretary
