Co-coordinating and arranging all the Pre TA Requirement and Post TA activities for the contractors as per the Job Scope.

In charge for Seawater internal and external repair works
Repairing of joints and surface inside and outside of pipe by using Lamination, Glass flakes and clock spring materials
Repairing of more than 500 lamination Joints.
Rahablitation and Replacement of seawater line approximately 1800meters length

• In-charge for erection and site installation of piping of various materials (i.e., CS, AS, SS and RTRP lines).
• Review of GAD, P&ID and Piping isometric drawings
• Supervising and providing necessary technical support for contractors in equipment installation.
• Co-ordinate and providing necessary support for contractors in execution of hot-tapping activities.
• Co-coordinating with shop for piping fabrication and timely release spools for site installation.
• Review hydro test package and conducting walk-down inspection for all the completed construction activities.
• Execution of hydro-testing for all the piping and equipment’s.
• Monitoring sub-contractors progress and updating.
• Coordinating with field design team for field changes.
• Co-ordinate with KNPC operations in obtaining necessary approvals for construction activities in the operating units.

• Organizing and conduction quality Awareness training for employees.

Working as Piping Engineer//Mechanical Engineer.
• Execution of dome shaped Tanks and required piping System for re refining of lubrication oil.
• Assigned to QAQC team initially for preparing reports on Tank fabrication, Welding, Piping & Structures and at the same time taking care of Engineering Coordination & Construction.
• Prepare overall progress report for Piping, Structural & Mechanical works and reporting name to higher official.
• Planning, organizing and directing the technical aspects of all types of Tanks Construction and Piping works.
• Responsible for verification of all materials for plant drawings before it will be released for Construction.
