-Responsible for managing a team of 25 agents per shift via Teams
-Responding to inquiries, and transferring cases to agents queues as requested
-Supervising agent call logs and reaching out for any discrepancies
-Completing End of Shift report ensuring call durations, number of calls and number of
completed cases are accurately documented
-Transferring cases to other Health Departments as requested
- Accurately enter order into CRM online booking system, EFI, ensuring quantities match to order form
- Contact client via telephone, email or online ticket system, SalesForce, for discrepancies in quote and/or order
- Review Epson proofs and dylux to ensure colours, size and finishing match client order
- Coordinate with bindery, wide format and shipping departments to ensure client orders follow through
- Manage various departments in warehouse of rush orders and maintain follow-up to ensure completion
- Working closely with the Editorial and Sales Director to maintain production flow
- Overseeing the art and editorial departments on changes of ad placements on imposition
- Assist client’s with e-newsletter layouts, proofing and ensuring all URL’s are functioning
- Proofread magazine for design, layout, ad placement accuracy and formatting
- Quality control of incoming advertisements including creating dockets and submitting to art department using Maximizer
