• Managing projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.
• Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.
• Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site.
• Represent company in all project meetings.
• Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors.
• Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders.
• Checking of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site.
• Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule.
• Quality control of work done at site.
• Enforce rules, regulations and procedures at site.
• Contact the respective regulatory authorities to inspect and comment on the completed fit-out works for the issuance of occupancy certificate.
• Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at site.
• Close out and hand over project

• Coordinate the project with internal team and sub-contractor with regard to time schedule, material specification and quality.
• E-mail coordination and documentation of the project.
• Coordinate between design, procurement, contracts, estimation and site installation
• Insure handover of project within time, quality and cost proposed and give viewpoints
• Reflect a good and refutable image of the company and insure all site in-charge to follow the standards
• Implement safety precautions on site and develop healthy atmosphere
• Follow-up with deliverables of labor and report the activities in a regular basis to Project manager
• Control and follow-up with projects logistics and materials site installation.

Estimate quantities of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
* Preparation for manpower plans and equipment plans according to the project requirements.
* Set production and fabrication schedules and order materials and inspections as needed.
* Manage and direct staff members and the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site.
* Work with contractors, traders, consultants, engineers, detailers and foremen to ensure projects are successfully progressing .
* Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations or establish reference points, grades, or elevations to guide construction.
* Maintain positive client relationships and communicate effectively with all parties involved with assigned projects.
* Oversee a structural steel project from start to finish.

• Review proposal specifications and drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
• Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work.
• Soliciting pricing from qualified vendors and subcontractors to complete assigned work scope.
• Prepare and assemble other information to be submitted with the proposal, such as unit prices, price breakouts, quantities and schedules.
• Research, negotiate and prepare purchase orders and subcontracts for awarded projects.
• Prepare internal job setup documentation, including Advice of Contract form and quantity sheets.
• Participate in pre-job meeting with project management personnel.

• Purchasing of engineering, production, drilling and general materials / equipments related to Oil &Gas industry from different suppliers / manifactures .
• Analayzes technical data, designs, preliminary specifications, manifacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and availability of parts and equipment.
• Checking with supplier representatives regarding specifications, costs, inspection, and similar problems relating to parts and equipment.
• Handling customers enquiries / tenders / contracts and administer / commercial clarification and evaluation .
• Preparing quotations / orders ensuring contractual integrity.
• Checking orders throughly before placement and solving discrepancies.
• Expediting the orders to meet customers/end user’s shutdown requirements. Meeting established/agreed milestones for major commitments.
• Maintaining good business relationship with customers/Manufactures.
• Coordinating with International Manufactures / Principals and clients
• Evaluate changes and claims & Updating product information/data in accordance with the Global market standards.
• Informing customers about the product details and checking their requirements.
• Arranges and participates in various seminars/conferences between suppliers and engineers, customers, and other company personnel to facilitate material, standardization, utilization, inspection, substitution and economical procurement of parts and equipment installed in Oil and Gas industry.
