* Developed launch strategy and Marketing & Sales plan covering objectives, proposed activities, estimated
budget, field sales action plans, commission schemes and target breakdown.
* Developed different product packages to fit different merchants‟ needs.
* Developed and built an effective operational team of sales and customer service representatives as well as
