„X Monitor daily attendance, investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
„X Maintain employees' files complete and updated.
„X Updating personal reports, and relevant documents.
„X Assist in preparing attendance, performance Evaluation and Termination reports.
„X Assist in solving any problems related to the personnel department.
„X Handling the Employees Problems about the Personnel activities.
„X Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
„X Making the Exit Interviews and send a report.
„X Make profiles for every employee in the company.
„X Scheduling the training.
