•Created a legal team of 6 for the Company to manage the company’s legal affairs;

•Worked on the London IPO listing with external legal advisors, brokers and stakeholders. Worked on the process, including the review of documentation, prospectus and attending Board Meetings and Roadshows for its Investors;

•Created an online legal library resource for all the employees in the organization. The tool is used to access Medical and Non-Medical legislation relevant to the Company and its employees, with redirection to the Ministries and Judicial departments. Created procedures/processes and drafted a legal framework setting out the legal function of the Company. Drafted and reviewed hospital and medical patient consent forms, ensuring compliance with the HAAD guidelines. Drafted and standardised all tender packs, works, supplies and services contracts. Implementing a contract review team and process before final sign off of the CEO;

•Worked on the creation of the Delegation of Authority matrix from the PLC to the UAE operating company, including financial limits for each tier of management up to senior level. Also ensuring the same is compliant in the UK in terms of the Companies Law;
Converted the sole establishments to LLC simultaneously, before being acquired with the Company. •Advised on the Planning and Listed Building Consent issues for the Liverpool Library PFI Project allocation of £49.3m Private Finance Initiative credits from Central Government for a private contractor to rebuild the library, and operate the building for 25 years in partnership with the City Council.

•Advised Rail Track on an EU Procurement rules relating to the provision of providing services, utilities and goods in respect of the regeneration of Birmingham New Street Station, with the scope of EU funding.
