• Handling student’s registration (Arabic and English courses).

• Receiving calls from customer in Emirates & Middle East countries & assisting them with their inquiries about their bank accounts & debit or credit cards
• Assisting customer how to make an online bank transfer wither its domestic or an international
• Checking the statues for the bank transfers and if they submitted successfully to the third party or not
• In case not submitted we escalate the case to higher department and checking for a compensation for the customer
Receiving calls from American Citizens above age 60 & sell back support brace, knee support brace & diabetic supplies
• Receiving calls from Canadian customers & assisting them by booking flights and hotels and car reservations and find for them the best price for them
• Handling Customers inquiries regarding changing or canceling their reservations
• Dealing with the Airlines & the hotels regarding the refunds for the customers
• Receiving calls from British customers & assisting them with their billing inquires
• Provide customers with right and full information according to Vodafone guidelines
• Handling customers & following up on their cases
• Adhering to AHT (Average Handle Time) & quality standards
