Co-ordinate work performance procedures throughout the year with Business Director. Ensure the process, provide know how, transfer, deliver presentations, communication and provide regular support. Initiate and maintain a performance management tools for all employees in order to accomplish the desired performance. Oversee all Management, Sales, Finance, HR and Project teams; in coordination with Business Director. Review and receive all related reports, activity plans, cost reports, budgeting reports, and related operational data. Manage and facilitate day to day administration activities to ensure proper execution of daily administration activities, manage car fleet maintenance/Insurance claim to ensure proper compensation and reduction of cost. Supervise and commence all required investigation/interrogations related to any accident/misbehavior may occur during running shifts to ensure applying disciplinary action as per the Egyptian law.
