Hello! kindly note that my main tasks was sending and receiving emails from clients or receiving chats and calls and the issues were resolved in a timely manner. Moreover, when I got promoted to a team leader I was multitasking by leading my team into pulling out their communication and social skills at its best to handle the clients issues and also I was managing meetings to discuss the situation and brainstorm.
My job was telemarketing and teleselling new price plans for a telecom company in UK. I got promoted to administrative role to teach newcomers, new ways into understanding people’s mindset and how to offer deals in a subtle and successful way.
