• Managed the team that selected, planned and implemented a full CRM strategy for Nespresso MEA’s presence across 13 regional and global markets. The primary goal was to kickstart the brand’s email marketing activities through Oracle Responsys and create tailored user journeys that eventually lead to a significant increase in e-commerce transactions for B2B and B2C customers. The project included the creation and redesign of landing pages which fulfilled this purpose.
• Role evolved to take on a full project for the agency’s key client account, UAE Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT). The project involved the creation of two full websites for the reopening of Qasr Al Hosn and Cultural Foundation, a full social media strategy including day-to-day content planning, media production and community management, mobile integration with the DCT app and working alongside 7 external teams to kick off the entire project on time.
• Worked on the full social media strategy and the management of the team’s day-to-day client communications, content planning, competitive analysis and community management for Emaar Entertainment brands.
• Contributed to new agency wins including the social media contract for Expo 2020.
