- Collaborate with 20+ Project Leaders to update and manage the project portfolio data (~60 projects) and capital spend and forecast data via Excel spreadsheet and the project portfolio management system (PPMS).
- Ensure that Project Leaders are providing status updates in the project management system (i.e. send reminders, provide non-compliance reports, follow-up as needed).
- Identify and implement PMO processes, standard, practices, tools and methodologies to streamline, automate, or improve existing PMO processes and tools.
- Evaluate and establish continuous improvement efforts for Project Managers and foster a work ethic of accountability.
- Review the annual operational plans of all departments, track the KPIs progress and the major risks and issues.
- Provide regular projects report to keep stakeholders appraised of progress, status, budget, cash flow, key issues … etc.
- Assist in conducting training programs for project managers, on the use of project management framework and best practices in project management.
- Provide regular administration and guidance on the centralized Project Portfolio Management platform and tools.
- Perform the periodic eGov progress reports to the Ministry of Transport and Communications - Qatar.
- Develop standard reporting templates with a focus on high quality reporting to all stakeholders.
- Provide support in identification of any existing and potential project risks and issues.
- Ensure that all projects are undertaken within budget and on time and costs, reports are maintained.
- Track and analyze the project’s status.
- Coordinate with the management team to produce necessary project reporting, review appropriate invoices and general project financial management.
- Ensure that completed projects meet the specification and predetermined internal quality standards.
- Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
- Create and update the project documentations.
- Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT and Accounts.

- Oversee overall planning, systems, and controls.
- Increase the organizational performance, infrastructure, productivity, and yield.

- Analyze customer's needs and preparing technical offers.

- Ensure the digital strategy of the enterprise (website content management in English and French and Social media).
- Make presentations and demonstration (in English and French) in order to meet client needs.
- Ensure the implementation of agile project management methodology with the best practices CMMi process to improve the service quality of IT Department.
- Account management: responsible of sales management (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Oracle... etc.).
- Manage virtual machines through TeamViewer tool (Access rights management, incidents management with GLPI and inventory of IT equipment with OCS).
