Performing the following functions:-
assisting the executive Chef and kitchen brigade in retaining the 5 red star stand-ards
Making sure the customers receive a fantastic dining experience
Preparing top class cuisine/dishes using fresh local ingredients
A passion for food and working within a busy kitchen environment
Passion for learning and developing job related knowledge
To assist the Executive Chef and kitchen brigade in retaining the 5 red star stand-ards
To ensure that the section is set for service
To ensure the kitchen is organised, job lists and that jobs are prioritised in the correct order
To ensure that the kitchen areas are clean and meet safety standards
To assist with HACCP and Health and Safety procedures
To assist with the Dish of Day
To occasionally assist in the other kitchen areas within the restaurant
Performing the following functions:
Preparing banquet areas for functions
Stock and re-stock banquet bars and linen rooms
Arrange banquet tables and chairs for functions
Assist storeroom steward with requisitions
Keeping banquet area tidy and clean
Perform other banquet functions as may be needed
Liaise between banquet and the kitchens for needed items
Stock banquet with needed cutleries
Performing the following functions:
