The Scope: Developing the necessary infrastructure facilities required
to provide free lots to eligible employees to build and utilize their houses.
This HO Increment includes 247 HO residential lots and non-residential lots,
site development includes site grading, asphalt paving, lots monuments, primary
and secondary electrical systems, telephone distribution systems as well as
water and sewer networks. The scope also includes Project Management and
supervision of site development construction which will be done by SAPMT and
supported by a
