Passenger handling - Monitoring the movement of passengers from screening till boarding through the check-in counters, immigration and customs.
Check in - Verifying the necessary travel documents of the passengers at the Traffic Counters in order to issue the boarding pass. Tagging the baggage to their appropriate destination.
Boarding- Assigning the Boarding Gate Reader (BGR) for hassle free boarding.
Handling GD’s - Coordinating with the Immigration and Customs for preparing general declaration and handing it over on board.
Baggage Reconciliation - Drafting Property Irregularity Reports (PIR) for the missed baggage and raising it on the world tracer. Follow up and gathering information about the missed baggage from the other port. Despatching the recovered baggage to the passenger.
Ramp - Supervision of loading and unloading of baggage containers, postal mails and ocs.
