• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules using MS Project and Excel, aligning timelines with

• Supervised the Municipal Buildings Rehabilitation Project for Makkah Municipality Secretariat and the
Emergency Centers Development Project for the Saudi Red Crescent Authority in the Holy Haram.
• Estimated quantities and costs of materials, equipment, and labour to determine project feasibility.
• Developed strategies for efficient workflow and prepared detailed schedules for each building in the project.
• Conducted regular site visits to review work progress and drive process improvements.

• Executed structural and civil works for Al-Qassim Secondary Roads Project (Group 4), including pipe culverts,
earthworks, asphalt, retaining walls, and slope protection.
• Calculated concrete and asphalt quantities and verified laboratory test results against project specifications
and quality standards.
• Conducted regular site visits to review work progress, identify issues, and drive process improvements.
• Prepared daily site reports and formal correspondence to consultants and relevant authorities.
