At credence, I have to work on tickets generated by employees and some issues raised on email as well and provide quick resolution to avoid employee’s downtime and perform weekly antivirus scans to maintain security.
Assist team in resolution of hardware, software and system issues, interact with the clients to resolve the queries and problems within SLA
I have graduated in BSC (Computer Science).
