Responsibilities
Managing and leading the project team.

Responsibilities
• Scripting/Review of the Scope of Work (SOW) in accordance with the Engineering
Standards, Codes, Objectives, Results & Time line.
• Reviewing of the designs; architecture, cabling, power plan of the project.
• Drafting & reviewing of the drawings & layouts of the system as per the project
requirement (expansion/reduction).
• Planning the synchronization of the newly integrated network (Data ports, Wireless
Access, Telephone lines, Fiber Extension/Termination) with the existing network.
• Suggesting & planning the routes of Fiber Optic Cable.
• A constant check on the current State-of-the-Art or development status of the field to
be advanced.
• Mentioning the guidelines for managing system changes.
• Coordination with the Installation & Commissioning teams.
• Deploying teams for maintenance and retrofit of the systems.
• Site survey during the installation.
• Site Supervision during the installation.
• Explaining the drawings to the installation or implementation teams.
• Responsible for the operation of all applicable current computerized operations and

Responsibilities:
• To review the Antenna designs on Cad software.
• To reduce the dispersion effects by optimizing the antenna design and proving the
same on CST microwave software. Participating in the manufacturing process.
• Running different tests on the antennas for customer service satisfaction.
• Developing a design which has the capability to stand in the market for a long time.
To verify/investigate/analyze the data of a newly planned network/existing network in
order to maintain/improve/grow/upgrade by using a Drive Test Tool. Mostly worked
on tools TEMS, MAPINFO & GOOGLE EARTH.
