Job Description:
•Introduce Don Construction Products (DCP) Products to Consultants, Contractors and Clients.
•Specify DCP products in all projects, and secure approvals on DCP products from government bodies, consultants and developers.
•Conduct customized presentations to targeted potential customers.
•Conducting periodical product application training procedures for all main contractors in coordination with the technical department.
•Strictly implementing the credit policy apart from managing budgeted sales and strictly monitoring the debtor’s number of days for optimal results.
•Manage pricing and margins of product according to the agreed objectives of the management.
•Managing customer complaints and ensure that each customer receives outstanding service.
•Communicate all sales activities with the respective senior management so as to ensure maximum operational efficiency & total customer satisfaction
•To expand customer base by regular prospecting.
•New Product Introduction and assist in executing the marketing plan.
•To monitor and report competitors activities consistently.
•Involved in budgetary control, outstanding & ageing control & direct sales/revenue management.

Conducting periodical product application training procedures for all specialty finishes to the Plaster applicators in coordination with the technical department.
Strictly implementing the credit policy apart from managing budgeted sales and strictly monitoring the debtor’s number of days for optimal results.
Supervise and monitor a team of sales associates to ensure their sales targets are met on monthly basis and implementing product level schemes to maximize their contribution.
Managing customer complaints and ensure that each customer receives outstanding service.
Communicate all sales activities with the respective senior management so as to ensure maximum operational efficiency & total customer satisfaction

Job Description:
Follow up projects segments to achieve sales budget.
New Product Introduction and assist in executing the marketing plan.
Handling customers' complaints.
Develop and maintain a customer database
Prepare sales action plans and schedules
Make sales calls to new and existing clients & create new client base by frequent visits.
Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
Maintain sales activity records and reports
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
Follow up on sales activity in projects.
Monitor competitors activities, market conditions and product development
Visiting consultants, project managers, ministries of works and clients and suggesting them for the products and doing all the related promotions and marketing for the product.
Job Description:
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings
in
