•• Responsible for managing all Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC & Civil) teams in whole Field of Sindh Province.
• To ensure that Preventive & Predictive Maintenance is done according to plan.

• Responsible for transportation of Engineering & Logistics spares, Lab Chemical etc to sub storage locations.

• To maintain all the inventory & asset record of Zone I.
• Responsible for Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting of the Material and M & R budget.

• Responsible for proper implementation of SAP PM.
• Responsible for achieving DUPONT Level 3 in Area offices of Zone I.
• Responsible for certification & compliance of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 and 22001 in Area Offices & Area Warehouses.
• Development of new Area Offices, Milk Collection Centers and their Warehouses.
• To implement & ensure Safety and Environment SOPs in the Area Warehouses & Field.
• To manage & supervise all the Area Warehouses.
• To get the cycle counts conducted on monthly basis and report all findings to higher management.
• To develop & implement Documents & SOPs for storage, replenishment & Issuance of Material. (Auto Parts, Refrigeration parts, Other Mechanical & Electrical parts, Lab Chemical & Glassware etc)
• To coordinate with Customers, Main Warehouse and Purchase for all material related matters.
• To coordinate with the suppliers for all the direct purchase items.
