• As part of the Agile team, implement the solutions relating to EC, RMK & RCM and support
• Managing and maintaining the respective incidents raised for respective modules to keep track of processes under critical timelines ensuring the SLAs are met consistently.
• As part of the delivery team, develop Functional documents, configuration documents for the respective modules.
• Support all the phases of testing: System Testing (ST), User Acceptance Tests (UATs), Performance Testing, also prepare the subsequent documentation for the testing.
• End-to-end testing and negative testing of various actions and documenting the same.
• Provide support and engage the stakeholders; build and maintain relationships with respective process owners.
Handle end-to-end implementation of clients. Understanding the client requirements and how they can be integrated into the system, doing a GAP analysis, workarounds are provided for the ones which are not feasible are ofered customization. Giving demos and training to the process owners/stakeholders with respect to the product and the process flow. Post implementation support is provided along with solving client queries.
Project management \[PMO\] is also a trait which is also handled at our end, which is done on a client basis to follow and track the phase in which the project is and calculate the success rate. There would be diferent clients in various phases and hence, we would handle some clients which would be in the development, implementation, and support phase.
My profile was monitoring the integration and implementation of two HR software and having a phase wise roll out of the modules. Also provide review reports, related to the system and processes. Provide an overview with respect to the BRD's and FRD's of the current projects online. I was also designated to investigate the implementation of the appraisal system which requires mapping the HR appraisal process of the company to appraisal software. Vendor management was also a part of my profile, as I had to co-ordinate with the IT Team and the Software vendors for any updates, upgrades or customization related to their products.
