• Conducting HSE induction training and job specific training to new staff and workmen.
• Active participation in weekly management walkthrough conducted by client and main
contractor
• Immediate rectification of any violation found during walkthrough.
• Ensuring HSE compliance is maintained by preventing any safety violation and ensuring client
requirements are fulfilled.

• To report to my superior about any unsafe act or condition observed on site • Organizing Training & safety awareness programs to develop awareness among internal and external agencies such as client’s representative, engineers, supervisors and visitors. • Conducting periodic inspection on site and checking that audit recommendations are implemented within agreed timescale. • Ensuring all employees are working in compliance with company’s safety standard and following all the rules and procedure. • Assist in investigation of accidents or near miss cases, property loss incidents, environment related issues etc., and prepare and submit reports to HSE manager.
