• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate way.
• Oversee warehouse efficiency and maintain Stock integrity by conducting cycle counts and regular stock takes.
• Find ways to increase the quality of our delivery services by reviewing the fleet routing in order to maximize the fleet operation.
• Handling the operation of Kuwait Agro Group covering the deliveries to over 200 points of sales as well the Ecommerce operation.

• Handling the stock control over several Aggregators, ensure stock availability, stock replenishment and propose promotions on certain category of items leading to a smooth operation.
• Recruit, Train and coach the warehouse employees and drivers about new practices, items handling, loading and the importance of quality/service provided to customers (+50 employees).
• Dealing with +1000SKUs ranging from Fresh Produce, Dairy Products, Dry, Chilled and Frozen items.
• Negotiate contracts covering delivery service providers, fleet maintenance, and warehouse maintenance.

activities (service level, monthly received shipments,

shipments.

employees and intensifying stock verifications (cycle
