Plan and develop project scope across all ongoing & upcoming projects / Shutdowns & LFC in Eastern & Central region of KSA. Assist the teams in other region of KSA, from Jubail Head office.
• Create and lead a team for respective jobs ensuring smooth site operations.
• Monitor project progress and set deadlines.
• Overcome obstacles that arise and manage the project budget at all times ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Evaluate project performance, and take necessary actions to maintain or increase the profitability.
• Take measures in developing new team and try to keep the iteration rate of skilled certified employee’s as minimal as possible, with the support of top management.
• Ensure maximum utilization of Scaffolding material stock by rotation the components at required projects.
• Review bids to be submitted to clients and give feedback with justification to the BD / Estimation team, based on the actual work conditions or challenges or advantages associated with the jobs
• Present management with the CAPEX requirement with justification & profitability of the requested investment in assets.
• I review & suggest the cost control team with regards to utilization of manpower and the corrective, preventive, proactive measures to be taken during each financial year to reduce impact of Idle or excess manpower at any point of time.
• Regular meetings with all clients at ground level by visiting each site is one of my strong quality in maintaining a healthy relation with all clients in KSA
