Responsibilities:
• Maintain quality, colour, flash point, viscosity of base oil product SN 150, SN 300, SN 500
• Vacuum distillation unit
• Control the quality and quantity of base oil, and polymer

• Ensure that to use the PPEs and before doing any safety related work ensure that we have all the safety equipments regarding to work condition

• To maintain all the parameters of furnace including therm oil
• Ensure that all the loops line up before running the vacuum distillation
• Corrective and preventive maintenance of various machines and equipment like
• Exchangers, chiller, coolers, boiler, compressor, blowers, pumps, reactors, furnace, vacuum distillation column, stream turbine, gear pump, thermic heater etc.
