Provide API Support on technical, operational and business field.
● Drive the QA process by testing new features and functionality.
● Liaise with API Product Manager and developers on product improvements,
documentation and testing.
● Investigate and resolve customers request and queries through the use of
multiple tickets, content and task management tools.
● Responsible for analyzing & testing business reported issues in core
application, identifying root cause, designing & implementing the solution
with vendor team.
● Act as POC for internal/external stack holders along with implementation &
deployment of new releases with 100% satisfaction rate.
Involve in the in-house development of a new large scale application named DECIBEL which is used for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Consulting, Outsourcing, Recruiting, and Training.
•Create data models for new requirements.
•Participate in all requirement and design sessions for new projects and enhancements
•Implements and Execute from the core module named Compensation and Benefits used for Employee’s Benefits like Provident Funds, Health Life Insurance, EOBI, Monthly Salaries, Annual Bonus and Increment.
•To make a plan for Benefit and Compensation and to execute them.
•Efficiently maintaining and supporting a large module called Recruitment used for Hiring Employee, conducting interviews, final interview with CEO through software module.
•Meetings and Telephonic conversation with clients regarding change request raised by them.
•Supervise and discuss the team members to develop the stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers.
•Worked heavily with relationship database models, schemas & entity-relationship diagrams (ERMs) to create technical/system design documents.
•Analyze problems and propose solution to best fit in existing system.
•Data Modelling.
• Work on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for development of websites.
