As new plant under BDP management Thailand. we do set some new facilities and high speed process to produce PET bottle used Sidel technology and PET preform used Husky Hypet machine.
Set and hire new employee and also set new system for manufacturing (ISO, 5S and safety) and SAP for our working tools.
This plant almost 80% produce Unilever HDPE bottles. I took responsibility to improve productivity and turn over this plant from minus margin. Alhamdulillah we did it successfully with the whole team.
We have done some automation to increase the productivity and improved the machine cycle time. the more important was how we improve the material efficiency.
this established in 2010 and located in east of Jakarta. we started this plant from zero facilities and machines. starting from some injection molding mc and then some decoration machine such as printing and labelling. so at the beginning. We set new factory, hire employee and setup the production.
all injection machine we had were high injection machine for multicavities closures/cap with unilever as our major customer.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and do innovation activities to support production/plant in DP Group,
implement automation process to reduce man power and other resources to get cost saving and process effectiveness.
Develop new plant and create new organization. Develop the system (SAP, ISO, 5S etc) and ensure those systems are implemented. Drive team to get highest efficient and effective organization to get competitive output and profitability.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for molds preparation and machines set-up, mold repairing, maintenance
of machine and utility, product design drawing and engineering and also report to Plant
Manager for efficiency of machine and production.

mold and material preparation and report to Production Manager for efficiency and
productivity achievement.
From fresh graduate, I was starting my carrier as management trainee in Dynapack/Dynaplast, the biggest plastic packaging industry in shouth east Asia.
We got full training on technical side and also on the management skill from reputable training institution in Indonesia for 6 month. Every day we work as employee and got on the spot training from senior. At the night we got in class training for management object then at the end of program, we had to make final report and present to board of director.
Overall, we studied all about mechanical engineering background at industry application such as structure analysis, automation concepts, industrial engineering, manufacturing. my focus was automation field and I choose robotics as my final project.
I can finish my graduate as the best graduate at that time. I choose robotics as my final project with title "Designing and testing of 3DOF articulated robot.
