• Demonstrated and got appreciation as a key player in Shell East region to drive deep dives on margin analysis and fuel price forecasting
• Developed and implemented “Global Working Capital” reporting Model, accepted by Group to launch it at Global Network, successfully deployed to regional leads of 70 countries in 4 major global regions
• Supported Network Manager on Investment evaluations for20 sites per year
• 30% overdue reduction in 3 months on Project “ROAR” (Retail Optimization of Accounts Receivable)
