- Manage and interpret both new and existing customer requirements - to understand,
anticipate and practically meet their needs.
- Offer clients a product or service that best satisfies their needs in terms of technical
specification, quality, price and delivery within the range of products.
- Persuade clients that offered product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of
quality, price and delivery
- Provide pre‐sales technical expertise and product education to new and existing
customers.
- Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations and prepare tenders, proposals and
technical documents to meet customer deadlines.
- Be pro‐active in progressing customer orders to completion and respond to customer
progress enquiries within expected timescales.
- Collaborates with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure
proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and
are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision‐makers.
- Liaison with Product Management team to understand details of product direction and
design and communicate information back to sales organization.
- Develop long‐term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their
requirements
- Verification of Purchased Product including the Customer Supplied Product.
- Monitoring and Measurement of Product at various stages including Inprocess
Inspection, Product Testing, Final Inspection.
- Maintaining Inspection Status throughout the stages of manufacture.
- Control of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment.
- Performing/Witnessing various tests as per Inspection Test Plan, approved
test procedures and prepare certified test results, certificates.
- Conduct regular random checks on shop floor to check for compliance on all
stages of the production cycle and provide on the spot feedback.
- Prepare checklists to check all activities are completed as per ITP, Company
established standards/International standards.
- Releasing the product after completion of all stages of inspection and testing.
- Preparing and issuing QC Dossier (MDR), Quality Conformance Reports,
Nonconformity Notifications and Nonconformance Reports. Verifying and
recording the results of disposal and corrective actions.
- Preparing Failure analysis report/ investigate the cause of failure and advise
corrective remedies, preventive action to the customer.
- Provide proper training to the Workmen in order to achieve higher standards of quality.
- Ensure all operations are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with the
quality
- Liaison with the Production Engineer for the fabrication.
- Effect close liaisons with client representatives.
- Control and direction of a multi‐disciplinary, multi‐national workforce.
- Procedure review and revision if required, in conjunction with Client Project Engineer
