• Verify all incoming and outgoing Stock items at the particular Production
Unit (Factory) for quantity. and keep and maintain prescribed and other
records to allow for full reporting:
1 . Goods Receipt Note (GRN)
2. Material Requisition & Purchase Form (MRPF)
3. Gate Pass (GP)
4. Issue Slip (IS)
5. Store Transfer Receipt Voucher (STRV)
6. Material Return Note (MRN)
7. Preparing Day Sheet.
8. Material Shifting Report
9. Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor warehouse staff and inventory
clerks, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

1 . Strategic Inventory Control: Design and implement tracking systems
(using barcode or RFID technology) to maintain real-time stock integrity and
reduce discrepancies in the Warehouse.
2. Forecasting & Planning: Use statistical tools and AI-driven predictive
modeling to analyze historical data and anticipate future supply needs,
preventing stockouts and overstock in the warehouse.
3 . Operational Efficiency: Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows to
increase picking speed and order fulfillment accuracy.Supplier & Vendor
4. Management: Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate cost-effective
contracts, and manage relationships to ensure timely deliveries.
5.Reporting & Financial Oversight: Prepare detailed reports on inventory
levels, turnover ratios, and Shrinkage (loss) for upper management.

1 . Inbound & Outbound Management: the efficient receipt, storage, and
dispatch of high-volume retail stock, including apparel, footwear, and
accessories.
2. Inventory Accuracy & Audits: Lead daily cycle counts and monthly stock
reconciliation to maintain 99%+ inventory integrity; manage shrinkage
(stock loss) prevention protocols.
3. SAP & ERP Operations: Proficiently manage warehouse data entry, Goods
Receipt Notes (GRN), and invoicing within SAP R/3 or integrated Warehouse
Management Systems (WMS).
4. Retail Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team for
vehicle route planning and timely dispatch to regional stores to meet
seasonal demand peaks.
