Responsible for leading e-commerce and digital marketing business strategy and building product road-map. Key Responsibilities:
o Develop relevant marketing plan and continuously evaluate it to achieve both financial and non-financial objectives of the company
o Conduct individual product & keyword research and prepare product listing template. Verify product listing prepared by content team
o Understand both online & offline market trends of gadgets and lifestyle products by using different digital & none digital tools and produce bi-weekly trend report and bi-month sales forecast report
o Audit both site structure & content, conduct competitor analysis and produce monthly Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy to be followed by development and content team
o Handle promotions and re-marketing campaigns in leading search engines, social medias and ad server platforms
o Work with development, testing team and 3rd party gateway api (payment and shipment) teams
o Coordinate with inventory, procurement team and different vendors when needed to make sure required products availability in stock
o Manage daily sales, logistics and after sales support operations
I was responsible for re-arranging company’s digital assets as per it’s brand guidelines and different financial & ethical objectives.
For this I have completely re-designed company’s Corporate Website, develop an entirely new Intranet with Self Service Portal and a Vendor Management System. Along with I build a comprehensive digital media strategy for corporate website & profile and applied it via different SEO and SMM methods.

o Plan and lead development of intranet & self-service portal and vendor management system from scratch
