• Provide 24x7 technical support for enterprise network infrastructure, troubleshooting connectivity, routing,
switching, and security-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN environments using SolarWinds and Netcool, ensuring high network avail
ability and performance.
• Collaborate with onsite engineers and IT teams for installation, configuration, upgrades, and replacement of
network devices including routers, switches, and firewall appliances.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Fortinet firewall solutions and networ and security policies.
• Maintain network diagrams, technical documentation, asset records, and operational procedures.
• Support user incident resolution through ServiceNow, ensuring timely response and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct network and security audits to verify compliance and maintain accurate hardware inventories.
• Perform firmware upgrades, configuration changes, and preventive maintenance activities with minimal service
disruption.
• Assist with implementation, migration, testing, and optimization of network infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and maintain operational
excellence.
• Prepare RCA reports, SLA reports, and technical documentation for management review.
