Duties and Responsibilities:
- Studying and estimating requirements for new or rebuilding projects.

- Studying bids technically, financially and making technical reports and recommendations.
- Supervising and following up works in sites, studying technical catalogs of materials, devices, tools, and generators, inspecting all of these, approving appropriate ones, and making tests at initial and final handover.
- Supervising and following works progress and making finishing certificates.
- Studying workers qualification and experiences in contracts such as engineers, technicians, and supervisors.
- Studying specifications and capacities of devices and tools in the contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising, following up works in sites, and inspecting randomly.
- Studying maintenance reports, and deciding about needs.

- Approving work orders and scheduling these work orders depending on the degree of importance.
